Train Your Mind To Memorize The Future, Master Elevated Emotional States, & De-Program The Past
Neuron #20: Remember This Feeling

🌍 I am facilitating an online meditation program to help you master the skill of cultivating elevated emotional states. To help you measure your growth, I am offering a free HeartMath device to the next 2 people who join. This incredible device helps you understand the quality of your mediations, as measured by the coherence between your brain, heart, and body - as well as the power and frequency of your heart. Want to join? Schedule an informational call with me.
It’s 7:47 AM, Eastern Standard Time.
I’m in Orlando.
Laying flat on my back on top of a plush sheepskin rug in the Hyatt Hotel ballroom.
Along with 1,000 humans, I’m basking in the afterglow of a three-hour meditation with Dr. Joe Dispenza—a bestselling author, researcher, and world-renowned meditation teacher.
At Dr. Joe’s advanced meditation retreats, he repeats a crucial reminder at the end of every meditation.
“Remember this feeling. Remember this feeling. Remember this feeling.”
Why would he say that?
Become Aware of The Program
In Dr. Joe’s work, students are taught how to create “elevated emotions” such as gratitude, abundance, or empowerment.
However, most of his students do NOT feel elevated emotions in their daily lives.
Nor do they practice cultivating elevated emotions.
Instead, for decades, they’ve habitually felt stressed, depressed, and ill, which has engrained those experiences into their memory.
That is to say, they’ve memorized—and mastered—the feelings that they do NOT want to feel.
This is what Dr. Joe calls “living in the program”: when you waste your energy in the present moment on remembering scary pasts and predicting painful futures.
So, what does it take to exit the program?
Memorize How You Want To Feel

Dr. Joe says, “A true master has memorized how they WANT to feel.”
With his empowering guidance, you learn how to train your mind to create elevated states of being.
And once you reach that desirable state—which often requires hard, hard, hard work—you make damn sure that you memorize the feeling.
On the contrary, here’s a sneak peek into the average person’s meditation...
Their monkey mind is driving them mad.
Then, with respectable effort, they might overcome their monkey mind and cultivate an elevated state.
But, as soon as the meditation is over, they stand up and revert back to being who they were before they meditated.
That is to say, they immediately become re-hijacked by their monkey mind and start re-memorizing their old programs.
Consequently, they rapidly forget how those elevated states felt.
And instead, they continue mastering how they do NOT want to feel.
So, when the world inevitably stresses them out, they can only think, feel, and act more stressed.
Now, this is EXACTLY why we meditate.
To interrupt old programs.
And to train ourselves how to generate and memorize specific states of being.
And the more you practice how you want to feel in meditation—and REMEMBER how it feels—the more you master the cultivation of those feelings.
So, how do you put this into practice?
Practice This In Meditation

In Dr. Joe’s work, there are two fundamental steps to generate a new state of being.
Clear Intention: What exactly do you want to experience in life? Lock your mind onto that thought.
Elevated Emotion: Once your mind is locked in on your Intention, generate the positive emotions associated with that Intention — in the present moment.
Gregg Braden—a bestselling author, scientist, and teacher who is world-renowned for bridging modern science and ancient wisdom—describes the power in this process, “A thought that's imbued with the power of emotion produces the feeling that brings it to life.”
And once you produce that feeling state, your work is to maintain and amplify it.
This gives your mind and body more time to memorize how it feels.
Gregg goes on to say, “…in that feeling we are speaking to the Forces of Creation, allowing the world to respond to us.”
Then, the punchline.
Literally repeat in your mind, “Remember this feeling.”
This instructs your mind to take a snapshot of how this unique energetic fingerprint feels, so that you can more easily “flip a switch” to re-access it in your future meditations and daily life.
In fact, Dr. Joe’s research has shown that certain advanced meditators can drop their brainwaves into a theta state in a matter of seconds.
How is that possible?
They’ve memorized how the theta state feels. And now, they can quickly command themselves into that state. This is mastery.
Similar to muscle memory, your mind has a sort of energetic memory.
An arm can be trained to shoot a basketball.
And so too can a mind can be trained to create—and feel—elevated states.
Although you typically memorize the past, this trippy practice demands that you memorize your future.
That’s a surefire path to personal change.
So, what feeling do you want to memorize?
Remember. That. Feeling.
Strength & Love, Connor
P.S. Thank you. Seriously, thank you.
